Make sure to have your ip authorized as said at the beginning of the guide, and also that it is the correct one!

If that doesn't work, try this:

Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection. Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings, and then under Exclusions, select Add or remove exclusions. Select Add an exclusion, and then select from files, folders, file types, or process.

Also try this:

• sync windows time, if no button to sync turn off and turn on again automatic time

Also try to disable real-time protection on windows security!

If you have followed these steps and 4bot keeps crashing as soon as it gets opened, try also these:

• before adding wallets or positions, make sure to set the node in settings first

Why does it say "Transaction Sent 0/XX" but in reallity it has not sent any tx?

It's cause by the field called "Transaction Request Timeout" that you can find in general settings.

If your node has low TPS (<1000) you should set a number higher than 800 (but make sure to make a couple of tests to find the right compromise); if you have a much more efficient node you can use a lower value for that field.
